I'm leading enterprise programs at HMSA after managing programs for TEKsystems and cardiology projects at Change Healthcare.

My healthcare career has included work directly with patients, physicians, and administrators, alongside roles as a clinician, educator, clinical director, project manager, department director, and change facilitator. I translate across clinical, IT, education, leadership, and customer perspectives to reduce missteps, increase productivity, lower costs, and help people work well together.

I build the plane while flying it, bringing organizational change, process improvement, facilitation, and healthcare technology experience to complex multidisciplinary work.
