I've administered identity and access through Entra ID Connect, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, while supporting firewall deployments, server upgrades, and network migrations. I also deploy automated provisioning workflows with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot and build Group Policy Objects for security hardening and software deployment.

During independent AI training and model evaluation work, I assessed large language model outputs for accuracy and instruction adherence and wrote technical critiques across IT support, networking, operating systems, and systems administration. I bring CompTIA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Linux Essentials certifications alongside hands-on managed services experience.
