What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in product coordination and customer-facing operations—owning documentation and training, partnering with development, and delivering excellent customer outcomes through organized workflows and clear communication.

I’m a Product Coordinator with a track record of moving up through customer support into product-focused ownership. At Online-Access, I’ve supported contractors across multiple industries and contributed as a Product Specialist by training staff and customers, creating and maintaining product documentation, and tracking product updates to keep training resources accurate and current.

In leadership and project roles, I help resolve escalations, support associates with HTML and department protocol, and assign tickets across the company. I also coordinate website design and delivery by managing deadlines, supervising projects, and acting as a liaison between departments; alongside this, I contribute to sports media through deadline-driven writing, editing, research, and experience in video and podcasting formats.
