I'm currently supporting Workday deployments at Invisors, leading recruiting delivery for a 14,800-employee global chemical manufacturer and talent, performance, and recruitment delivery for a global commodities firm.

At ADP, I led 15 talent specialists serving approximately 25,000 clients across North America and Canada. I grew net operating income for Workforce Now talent technology activations from $3M to $9M, reduced implementation time by 10 weeks, and increased retention from 86% to 91%.

At DayNine Consulting/Accenture, I opened the Chicago office and partnered with the CEO on global recruiting, onboarding, career development, engagement measurement, and an internal Workday implementation. Our organization grew from 53 to 580 people and from $15M to $98M in six years.

I've also built and operated a Rosati's Chicago Pizza franchise, achieving $850,000 in first-year gross revenue, a 4.5-star Google rating, and under 10% employee turnover.
