At Europa Search, I own enterprise customer relationships and end-to-end specialist delivery across cloud, infrastructure, network, DevOps and cybersecurity markets in Europe.
I manage 5+ enterprise and consulting accounts and a live portfolio of 15–20 specialists, covering onboarding, support, escalations, extensions and renewals. I've personally negotiated 15+ renewals and extensions, building repeat and referred work with organisations including Capgemini, Deloitte, Atos/Eviden, DXC and Elia/50Hertz.
I translate complex technical requirements into workable delivery models, commercial terms and clear next steps for senior security, infrastructure and IT stakeholders. I've protected a €600/day placement against a proposed 25% rate reduction and saved a six-month extension through a no-cost contract amendment.
Alongside client delivery, I lead teams of up to seven, hired and onboarded 11 colleagues, and trained or mentored 25+ people. I also led the Ringover rollout for 20+ users, increasing peak daily usage from roughly 1.5 to 3.5 hours.
