What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead growth, operations, sales, and customer experience initiatives where I can build strong teams, increase revenue, and create memorable experiences for families and children.

At New York Kids Club & Preschool, I turned a school projected to finish down 43% year over year into 8% growth within six months. I generated $1 million in first-year revenue while improving enrollment, retention, staff performance, and the customer experience.

I’ve led franchise operations at Gymboree Play & Music, managing sales, marketing, customer engagement, recruiting, training, and program upsells. I also launched Kidville Playground during the COVID-19 pandemic, creating an additional online revenue channel.

My work combines operational leadership with practical sales strategy. At Gulliver’s Gate, I managed a team of 20, supported group sales and events, and handled financial operations and revenue reconciliation.

I also tutor elementary through high school students in reading and mathematics and prepare them for New York State Regents exams.
