I am a Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting CRM platforms, cybersecurity initiatives, and cloud technologies. I currently provide expert assistance to clients using Zoho CRM, troubleshooting issues, guiding best practices, and ensuring successful adoption.

My responsibilities include configuring modules, fields, workflows, and customizations to meet business needs, supporting API integrations and third-party connections, and resolving data import, automation, and permissions issues. I collaborate with product teams to escalate unresolved issues and document resolutions.

I have experience across technical support roles at multiple companies, including Zoho Corporation, iStore South Africa, and Altron People Solutions, and completed cybersecurity and cloud-related internships and certifications to strengthen my technical foundation.

I hold an Advanced Diploma and a National Diploma in Business Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg, and I pursue continuous learning through certifications like CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cloud+, and Microsoft 365 and security fundamentals credentials.
