I also collaborated with internal departments to resolve concerns efficiently, and guided customers through website or application navigation, including basic technical troubleshooting.

At Dash BPO E-Commerce Customer Support, I provide end to end customer service covering product inquiries, order placements, pricing, returns, and shipping updates. I assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to consumer products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient, professional communication and problem resolution.
