I’m looking to contribute my customer service expertise to a team where I can deliver clear, professional support—handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and improving customer satisfaction through strong communication and problem solving.

I’m a Dedicated and customer focused Call Centre Agent with over 3 years of experience in customer service and contact centre environments. I handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and provide clear, professional support across multiple channels.

In my Merchants role, I handled inbound customer calls, gave accurate product and service information, and helped customers with orders, documentation, and service inquiries. I also collaborated with internal departments to resolve concerns efficiently, and guided customers through website or application navigation, including basic technical troubleshooting.

At Dash BPO E-Commerce Customer Support, I provide end to end customer service covering product inquiries, order placements, pricing, returns, and shipping updates. I assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to consumer products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient, professional communication and problem resolution.
