What I'm looking for

Remote-first Microsoft 365 / Identity / Endpoint role where I own the environment end-to-end — Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, PowerShell. 6 years managing identity at enterprise scale: 40k+ B2B guests across 100+ countries and cross-tenant sync for 60+ firms. Now deepening into identity & security (SC-300).

Microsoft 365 administrator with 6 years managing identity, endpoint, and cloud application environments for Moore Global — an international professional-services network. I administer Entra ID B2B collaboration at scale: 40,000+ external guest identities across 100+ countries.
I run both the day-to-day and the projects: Entra ID and Conditional Access, Intune device and app policies, Exchange Online administration, and PowerShell automation that removes manual, repetitive work from the team. I'm the person who gets the tenant configured correctly, keeps the access model clean, and turns recurring incidents into permanent fixes.

What I bring:
- Identity & Access — Entra ID, B2B guest collaboration at scale, Conditional Access, MFA, Okta SSO, LAPS
- Endpoint — Intune device compliance, application deployment, and policy management across a distributed workforce
- Microsoft 365 — Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive administration and escalated troubleshooting
- Automation — PowerShell scripting for reporting, auditing (shared-mailbox permissions, licence usage) and bulk operations against Exchange Online and Microsoft Graph
- Reporting — operational dashboards in Excel, SQL, and Power BI for service and process visibility
Before IT, I spent a decade in account management and field-team leadership — which is why I'm comfortable owning stakeholder communication, coordinating across regions, and translating technical work into business terms.
