What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deepen my work in identity, endpoint security, and Microsoft cloud governance, where I can automate secure access, lead incident hardening, and contribute to regulated, multi-tenant environments.

At INFINOX, I own identity, access, and endpoint governance across five Microsoft Entra ID tenants, supporting 162 users, 200 managed devices, and offices in 10 countries. I built joiner-mover-leaver automation, implemented cross-tenant collaboration, and enforce least privilege through Windows LAPS and Endpoint Privilege Management.

I previously served as a Microsoft 365 Identity, Security & Compliance SME at Teleperformance, resolving Level 3 enterprise escalations across LATAM, EMEA, and NOAM. I lead incident response and security hardening, automate reporting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, and mentor engineers through complex identity, endpoint, and compliance work.
