Earlier, as a Customer Support & Administrative Assistant at Moniepoint Microfinance Bank, I handled phone/email/live chat inquiries, supported onboarding and account verification tasks, maintained organized records, and resolved customer complaints professionally—building strong communication and time-management habits.
