What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver inclusive special education therapy, support measurable progress through IEPs, and contribute to smooth operations through strong organisation, team leadership, and compassionate client-focused communication.

I’m a Special Education Therapist and school administration professional known for strong interpersonal skills, organisational excellence, and a commitment to creating supportive, inclusive environments. I bring a decade of diverse experience across special education therapy, school administration, customer relations, and operational management.

In my special needs role, I deliver individualised therapeutic and educational support by designing and implementing tailored Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) from assessed client needs. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor and document progress, and regularly adjust intervention strategies to support improved outcomes.

As an Administrator / School Supervisor, I oversaw day-to-day school administrative operations—supervising teaching staff, maintaining student records, managing timetables, and coordinating school events and parent-school communications. I also served as a key liaison between management, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
