What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead infrastructure service delivery, ensure SLA-driven stability and security, and drive proactive incident/change improvements—while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver projects on time and within budget.

I’m an Infrastructure Managed Services Associate Manager results-driven by nature, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. I specialize in server administration and virtualization, focused on proactive troubleshooting and long-term operational efficiency.

In my current Infra Managed Service role, I manage a team of service delivery professionals and work across infrastructure teams to deliver projects within timeline. I oversee incident and change control management processes to ensure timely resolution, minimize business impact, and keep service level agreements met.

Previously, I supported application and service desk operations and handled Windows Server Administration and end-user support. I also provided technical support for POS software and hardware management, strengthening my ability to troubleshoot real-world issues and keep services running reliably.

I bring a solid technical foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, plus Microsoft Azure certifications including AZ-900, AZ-104, and AZ-305 Solution Architect, along with training in GEN AI, Agentic AI and Workflows, AI Transformation and Business Intelligence.
