What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage secure systems administration, deliver first-line support within SLAs, and strengthen ICT governance. I want to deepen my work in cybersecurity controls, backup/disaster recovery, and reliable multi-site network operations.

I’m a results-driven Systems Administrator and ICT Support Specialist with 4+ years of experience in multi-site ICT operations, systems support, and database maintenance. I focus on secure, dependable service delivery—solving incidents quickly, documenting root causes, and improving governance through practical controls.

At Zim-TTECH, I led first-line technical support across 120+ facilities in six districts, resolving hardware and software incidents within SLA timelines. I diagnosed and repaired workstations, servers, and peripherals to reduce downtime and keep staff productivity moving.

I administer Windows/Linux servers with Active Directory and Group Policy to manage secure user access. I also coordinate LAN/WAN networks, VPNs, and remote access systems, and I’ve strengthened security with endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and system hardening, backed by disaster recovery planning and data recovery testing.

Alongside my infrastructure work, I bring data-focused support experience from Monitoring and Evaluation roles, using tools like PowerBI dashboards and data collection approaches (CommCare, ODK).
