At Pavelcomm, Inc., I support multiple clients remotely and onsite, and serve as the main IT support contact for two clients. I manage inventory, ordering, recycling, device provisioning, and day-to-day IT issues.
I progressed from entry-level helpdesk technician to Senior Helpdesk Technician and continue building cloud computing knowledge through Western Governors University. My earlier HVAC installation work gave me hands-on experience installing, maintaining, replacing, and configuring systems for new construction and existing homes.
