At Mphasis, I support Charles Schwab Corporation’s Advisor Services Technology and Retirement Business Services platforms, where availability, scalability, and performance matter to business operations. I design and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions using tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
I handle L2/L3 production support, incident response, and root cause investigations. I use monitoring data, logs, and distributed tracing to diagnose issues, coordinate service restoration, and contribute to corrective actions and operational runbooks.
Earlier, I developed an online grocery application with user onboarding, authentication, product browsing, and order workflows. I built ASP.NET Core Web APIs and responsive Angular pages, and designed its SQL Server database schema.
