What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deepen my work in market research, consumer insights, and data-driven strategy, contributing to product, customer experience, and service-quality decisions while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

At Webhaptic Intelligence, I lead fieldwork, consumer insight, and product-testing studies for banking, FMCG, and manufacturing clients across Nigeria. My research has contributed to a 25% increase in successful product launches and a 14% improvement in customer satisfaction metrics.

I led mystery shopping programs for Wema, First Bank, Premium Trust, and Fidelity, helping improve compliance and service-quality scores by 9.8%. I also managed product-test research for Flour Mills of Nigeria, turning collected data into client-ready insight reports and strategic recommendations.

I work across the full research lifecycle, from questionnaire design and interviewer training to data quality assurance, analysis, dashboards, and reporting. I use SPSS, Power BI, SQL, Excel, KoboToolbox, and SurveyCTO, and I’m comfortable collaborating asynchronously with international teams.
