I’m a technology and operations specialist focused on Web3 product development, community management, and project coordination. Since 2023, I’ve coordinated developer workflows to keep AI and Web3 platform development moving efficiently, partnering with technical teams to build and improve Web3 products and system features.

What I’m best at is turning complexity into execution: I manage task distribution, timelines, and operational processes so delivery stays on track. I also bring a product-and-community mindset—contributing to development work while ensuring the community side stays active, organized, and aligned with what the team is building.

As a Founder & Community Lead (Telegram, 2022–Present), I built and managed a Web3-focused community with strong user engagement and growth strategies across the blockchain ecosystem. I’ve also managed content direction and community engagement strategies, including contributing to Web3 product development such as website creation and community-based platforms.

Before Web3, I strengthened my customer- and operations-first instincts through high-pressure roles in aviation and insurance. As a Customer Service at Garuda Indonesia, I handled passenger issues tied to flight delays, cancellations, and operational disruptions, and supported airport operations like check-in, ticketing, and boarding; with PT Asuransi Sinarmas, I conducted technical evaluations and verified vehicle insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
