What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a marketing leadership role where I can own cross-department projects end-to-end—aligning design solutions, negotiating suppliers, and ensuring quality and delivery for large retail or seasonal displays.

I’m a Marketing Director with 13 years 1 month of experience leading visual merchandising decorations marketing projects, coordinating design, suppliers, and production to deliver on time and to spec.

In my current role at Xiamen Hodisplay Limited (2016/12–To Present), I analyze design drafts, run cost calculations, procure materials, manage external suppliers, and supervise sample development—while controlling production progress and quality. I also coordinate operations across departments and the supply chain to meet customer solution requirements.

I’ve led large-scale Christmas and retail display work for brands including LV, L'Occitane, Hennessy, Tiffany, and Macy’s, using production processes like plating, painting, glitter, and water transfer print.
