What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow partnerships and customer outcomes through account management, loyalty strategy, business analytics, and hands-on operational problem-solving.

I manage a portfolio of 61 collegiate and professional sports properties at Fanmaker, including UCLA, Mizzou, and the University of Miami, serving an aggregate fan base of more than 500,000 users.

Working on a lean three-person team, I co-design and deploy loyalty frameworks for clients including the San Antonio Spurs, eight DBH MiLB clubs, and the Wisconsin Badgers. Our work has driven nearly 5x active-user growth and 30%+ lifts in fan spend.

I also lead partner support and live triage, troubleshooting platform issues, guiding feature execution, and managing escalations so high-priority situations do not disrupt partners or fans.
