I’m looking for a role where I can lead both commercial growth and operational excellence—owning P&L, driving KPI performance, and building high-impact partnerships across multi-country markets.

I’m a Commercial & Operations Executive with 15+ years of leadership experience across MENA and West Africa, operating at the intersection of commercial growth and operational execution. I bring deep expertise in business development, sales leadership, plant/operations management, and revenue growth—always anchored in KPI-driven performance.

In my current role as Operations / Plant Manager, I lead end-to-end factory operations—production, maintenance, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and workforce management. I implement KPI frameworks and operational control systems to improve productivity, reduce downtime, optimize resource utilization, and strengthen cost control.

Previously, I expanded commercial performance and market reach through roles including Regional Business Development Manager and Operations, Sales & Business Development Manager. I grew pipelines (including a 38% expansion across GCC, Levant, and African markets), built strategic partnerships, developed multilingual technical proposals, and managed regional marketing and CRM optimization to improve conversion and lead generation.

Earlier leadership as Director of Operations and Commercial Manager strengthened my ability to scale teams, manage P&L, and deliver measurable results. I’ve led multicultural organizations of up to 370 employees, negotiated key partnerships, restructured operations, and established sales/performance dashboards—leveraging tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, and Odoo to execute with clarity and accountability.
