At Playfly Sports, I lead the People function and report to the CEO, bringing workforce planning and labor expense governance into People. I deliver a quarterly workforce dashboard to the board’s Operations and Transformation Committee and built an integrated talent system with a 97% performance review completion rate.

At Hammerhead Navigation, I was the first People hire and built the function while partnering with the CEO through the Series B process that resulted in the SRAM acquisition. I led HR diligence and the one-year integration, which retained 100% of the team and reached an eNPS of 60+.

Across Playfly Sports, Hammerhead, Guru, and other organizations, I’ve built People functions from the ground up and supported growth, acquisitions, and organizational change. I build systems once, document them, and automate repeat work, increasingly with AI, while working toward inclusive cultures grounded in psychological safety.
