I’m targeting senior people leadership roles where I can partner with executives to build or redesign global technology organizations, lead value creation and M&A, and shape AI-enabled operating models.

I've led people strategy for Aven Hospitality and Sabre’s global technology organizations, including a 1,000+ employee carve-out across 32 countries and a 3,500-person Product & Technology organization across 20+ countries. I build the operating models, talent structures, rewards, HR delivery, and leadership capability that let technology businesses scale or reset.

I've moved $2B+ of business and 1,000+ employees through acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships while retaining critical talent, and helped remove structural cost through organizational redesign and location strategy. I’m targeting senior people leadership roles where I can partner with executives to redesign engineering, product, and business organizations for value creation.
