What I'm looking for
I built my HR career “from the inside out,” structuring operations and processes first, then managing people across complex, multi-sector environments. Today I operate as a go-to expert in organizational transformation projects, with a Human Resources Management background and a certified Black Belt Lean Six Sigma.
As a Business Partner, I move fluidly between strategy and execution—building SOPs and compensation frameworks, implementing systems, automating processes, and diagnosing organizational climate. I led a technology-driven HR transformation in a 70-day cycle, developed an MÁXIMA App to centralize customer journeys, launched a new web portal with a Careers module, implemented RPA automation, and migrated internal communications to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams and Planner). I also coordinated the hiring and onboarding of 34 new professionals in under two months.
I’ve consistently turned HR structure into business outcomes, including reducing turnover by identifying cultural bottlenecks (reported by 86% of employees in a climate survey).
