I've spent 5+ years at Amazon Development Center India improving customer resolution quality across the UK, US, India, and Canada markets.

As a Support Operations Analyst and CSDQ Quality Analyst, I conduct decision and concession audits, identify defects and systemic gaps, and share actionable insights that strengthen policy adherence, process accuracy, and audit consistency.
