What I'm looking for

I’m looking for APM or junior PM roles in Bangalore where my engineering background is an asset. I want to own discovery-to-delivery, write strong PRDs and specs, and use metrics to ship user-impactful features end-to-end.

I’m a frontend software engineer with 3 years of experience, transitioning into product management. I’ve spent most of my career at the edge of engineering and product—writing specs, talking to users, owning SEO strategy, and shipping features end-to-end.

At CareerCarve, I grew organic traffic by 2x in 6 months, cut customer support resolution time by 40%, and reduced deployment cycles by 40% through CI/CD. I also improved real-time message delivery speed by 30% by identifying a communication gap in user flows and leading the WebSocket chat build end-to-end.

In my current role at Avery, I’ve taken on product and growth responsibilities beyond engineering—defining user personas, running 20+ customer discovery calls per month, and feeding insights into roadmap decisions using RICE. I scoped and wrote PRDs, designed UX flows and Figma wireframes, managed JIRA backlog and sprint ceremonies, and tracked KPIs in Google Analytics.
