What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead people strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience initiatives where I can use HR analytics to improve engagement, retention, and business outcomes.

At Infosys BPM, I partner with UK- and US-based operations supporting 400+ employees, leading workforce governance, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and organizational structuring. I built engagement and retention interventions that raised engagement from 35% to 72% and reduced attrition by 5%.

I turn people data into action through HR dashboards, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, tracking retention, productivity, engagement, and workforce trends. My earlier leadership experience in insurance strengthened my ability to train teams, manage stakeholders, and improve performance.
