I also led HR engagement for a top-50 organizational account of 800+ people globally and supported growth through client visits, new account openings, RFPs, rebadging for 3 clients, and HR support for 2 subsidiary acquisitions.
Earlier, I was a Senior Executive, HR at NeST and Wipro. At NeST, I led performance management and compensation and benefits for an organization of 1,500+ employees; at Wipro, I worked on employee engagement, onboarding, retention, and workforce analytics.
