Bhanu Vamshi

I am a ServiceNow professional with experience progressing from Associate Developer to Platform Developer and currently Associate Technical Consultant. I have developed strong hands-on expertise across the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM, CSM, Service Portal, Employee Center, Workspaces, UI Builder, Service Catalog, automation, and custom application development.

In my recent roles, I have been responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and troubleshooting ServiceNow solutions based on business and client requirements. My technical experience includes client-side and server-side development using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Declarative Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Glide scripting. I have also worked extensively with Flow Designer to automate business processes and with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS-based ServiceNow widgets.

I have significant experience developing and customizing Service Portals, Employee Center, custom widgets, UI Builder experiences, and Workspaces, as well as supporting portal and workspace migrations. I have also worked with Service Catalog, notifications, Inbound Email Actions, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Mobile Agent/Now Mobile configurations. These experiences have strengthened my ability to develop scalable solutions while troubleshooting issues and maintaining a good user experience.

My current role as an Associate Technical Consultant has further developed my ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders. I am involved in understanding requirements, analysing issues, identifying root causes, recommending appropriate ServiceNow solutions, and communicating technical approaches to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This has helped me develop stronger skills in requirement analysis, solution design, problem-solving, and technical ownership.

I hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certifications and continue to expand my knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

Overall, my combination of hands-on ServiceNow development, ITSM and CSM experience, workflow and automation knowledge, portal and workspace development, troubleshooting, and client-facing technical consulting aligns well with this position. I am particularly interested in applying these skills to broader ITSM, Service Operations, and Asset Management initiatives while continuing to grow my expertise across the ServiceNow platform.
