I’m an HR, Legal, and Compliance specialist with 20+ years of experience spanning corporate secretarial work, PT PMA/local entity compliance, and OJK/Bank Indonesia-regulated environments. I’ve also supported cross-border operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, USA, UK, and Sweden.

I’m known for turning unclear, manual processes into scalable, audit-ready systems. My strengths include SOP development and process design, contract lifecycle management, governance and risk management, and ISO 9001/27001 compliance—especially when building EOR workflows and cross-border compliance execution that teams can actually follow.
