What I'm looking for

I seek in-house legal/compliance roles in regulated fintech or financial services where I can drive compliance programs, advise on risk-based decisions, and contribute to policy and process improvements.

I am an experienced legal and compliance professional with a strong background in corporate law, fintech regulation, transfer pricing, and data protection. I have drafted and reviewed corporate agreements, NDAs, MOUs, procurement contracts, and supported strategic business decisions using a risk-based approach.

My experience spans roles at a fintech solutions company, an industry association for P2P lending, and a Big Four firm where I supported transfer pricing engagements, tax compliance, and CbCR reporting. I have a proven record of resolving internal audit findings across Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, Partnership and Legal functions by developing SOPs and policies.

I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and professional certifications, and I bring strong analytical skills, public speaking ability, and practical knowledge of corporate compliance, AML, data protection, and regulatory engagement to help organizations operate securely and in full regulatory compliance.
