I’m looking for a role where I can own patient intake and scheduling end-to-end, verify insurance and authorizations accurately, and improve workflows. I thrive in high-volume, detail-driven environments with strong teamwork and clear communication.

I’m a patient intake and care coordination professional with years of experience managing high-volume schedules, registrations, and day-to-day workflow in remote healthcare environments. I’m known for staying calm under pressure while keeping communication clear, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant.

In my current role as a Patient Intake Coordinator, I manage patient intake, scheduling, and registration while serving as the primary point of contact for concerns, escalations, and follow-through. I verify insurance coverage, authorizations, and referrals, and I maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems to support billing and revenue cycle processes.

Previously, as a Patient Care Coordinator at Forefront Dermatology, I coordinated scheduling for exams and procedures, updated demographics and medical records in EMR systems, and ensured referrals were processed with proper documentation.
