At the Zambia Army, I provide legal and employee-relations advice on employment legislation, contracts, workplace policies, rights, obligations, and fair application of employment terms.

I handle disciplinary and grievance matters, workplace investigations, employment separation, redundancy, retrenchment, and labour disputes. I also lead negotiations and settlement discussions, helping management identify and mitigate employee-relations risks.

During my secondment to the Legal Aid Board in Solwezi, I provided legal guidance on probate and estate administration, led probate-unit activities, and drafted and filed probate applications for surviving families of late resettled members by FQM Trident Ltd.

My background combines workforce documentation, policy implementation, confidential case management, and practical employment-law advisory work in a structured government and military environment.
