At Rogers Sporting Goods, I lead HR operations and partner with C-suite leaders on workforce management, employee relations, recruiting, payroll, compliance, compensation, benefits, and organizational initiatives. I’ve reduced time to hire while improving quality of hire, strengthened retention through competitive benefits, and built policies and processes that improve accountability and consistency.

I also bring executive and administrative operations experience from Panasonic dba Heartland, including financial tracking, reporting, cross-functional coordination, and nonprofit process improvement. I enjoy helping organizations grow through the power of People Operations, and I’m willing to roll up my sleeves wherever needed.
