What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Director-level Human Resources position where I can bring strategic leadership and hands-on HR expertise to support an organization's priorities and continued success.

At Majestic Care, I led HR operations across 52 healthcare facilities, developing a geographically dispersed HR leadership team and advising executives on workforce strategy. I established a compensation philosophy and salary band framework, and led negotiations for 7 union contracts.

At PurposeCare, I partnered with the Executive Leadership Team on corporate strategy, operating budgets, and resource planning. I led acquisition due diligence and integration activities, implemented ADP Performance Management, and developed workforce dashboards for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

At MACL / Quest Diagnostics, I supported healthcare operations through HR leadership, employee experience initiatives, and acquisition integration. I developed workforce analytics and a Stay Interview program that trained more than 200 leaders and reached over 5,000 employees across 20 states.
