What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global or multi-state HR and people operations, partner closely with executive teams, and build practical workforce strategies that support growth, compliance, retention, and organizational change.

At PM-International Logistics Center Americas, I lead HR strategy and operations across U.S. and international business operations, advising the COO/CFO and senior leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, organizational structure, performance, and compliance.

I've spent more than 20 years building practical people solutions across healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, professional services, logistics, and direct sales. My work includes complex investigations, multi-state and international workforce matters, talent acquisition, benefits, global mobility, HR policy, and HRIS process optimization.

Through Ivy HR Consulting and leadership roles with Carr, Riggs & Ingram, Right at Home, GTO Access Systems, Brookdale Senior Living, and First Commerce Credit Union, I've helped leaders strengthen HR infrastructure, retain talent, navigate change, and align people strategy with business growth.
