At Solar One, I serve as a primary contact for technology, administrative, and operational support across multiple locations, supporting more than 50 employees and 40 vendors.

I troubleshoot hardware, software, account access, phone systems, conferencing, printers, and connectivity issues through remote and hands-on support. I manage competing requests, document resolutions, escalate complex issues clearly, and follow through from intake to completion.

I create SOPs, onboarding guides, service communications, and process documentation that improve consistency, accuracy, and employee self-service. I also administer Google Workspace, Zoom, phone systems, user access, devices, and other business platforms while maintaining confidentiality.

Previously at Diaperkind, I managed a seven-person operations team during high-volume COVID-era demand, coordinating fulfillment, schedules, coverage, and customer concerns while protecting service quality and delivery deadlines.
