At the U.S. Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic /PHENOMEN Foundation, I completed the first-ever Kyrgyz-language translation and software integration of NVDA and JAWS screen readers, enabling digital access for 7,000+ visually impaired children. I also translated and localized 300,000+ words and symbols and evaluated speech datasets for natural prosody and audio quality.
With the OSCE Programme Office in Kyrgyzstan’s Tunduk e-Government Initiative, I localized Kyrgyz user guides, prompts, and interface copy for 170+ e-services. I also authored multimedia scripts and trained government staff and regional stakeholders on platform use and digital workflows.
Through OKUU IT, I founded a national online STEM and IT education initiative, reaching 1,000+ students in remote regions and training 500 teachers. I’ve also worked in national broadcast journalism and voice-over, and supported STEM teacher training at the Ministry of Education and Science, Kyrgyz Republic.
