I'm looking to lead complex project, business-transformation, or digital-product delivery work where I can turn ambiguous needs into practical plans, coordinated implementation, and measurable operational improvement.

I lead consulting and project delivery work that turns business needs into structured plans, requirements, process improvements, and coordinated implementation. My experience spans strategic planning, business and process analysis, stakeholder management, project coordination, reporting, and institutional improvement across private-sector, public-sector, and international-development assignments.

I have worked on projects and assignments involving Accelerate Prosperity/AKDN, IFC, ADB-supported initiatives, UNDP, UNICEF, and USAID/DFID-supported programmes. My work has included cross-functional coordination, analytical and strategic documentation, business and financial modelling, monitoring frameworks, training, and recommendations for organizational and process improvement.

More recently, I have expanded this work into digital product delivery and practical AI-assisted workflows, coordinating requirements, implementation, testing, and deployment using modern web and AI tools.
