At Ош МУнун индустриалдык-педагогикалык колледжи, I teach and chair the methodological council. I also train educators in communicative methods for second-language teaching, functional literacy, and reading instruction.
As a national trainer for reading initiatives, I contributed to teacher development through projects including “Келгиле окуйбуз,” “Бирге окуган сонун,” and “Окуу керемет.” In 2024, I developed scripts for 15 primary-school audiobooks under the “Билим үчүн азык жана балдардын тамактануусу” program, and I have co-authored Kyrgyz-language teaching materials for students and schools.
