What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to contribute to ICT support, networking, ISP operations, or software development while building on my hands-on experience with network reliability, user support, and web platforms.

I've managed ISP operations since September 2024, installing wireless equipment and routers, maintaining connectivity, and supporting residential and business customers.

I diagnose network performance issues, monitor service reliability, and implement bandwidth management and network optimization solutions. I also completed an ICT attachment at Eldoret International Airport, supporting infrastructure maintenance, hardware and software configuration, user accounts, and end-user support.

I'm a BBIT graduate who builds web platforms, including a hidden destination guide with mapping and location-based services and an ongoing service marketplace. My technical foundation includes Python, Django, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and networking technologies.
