IT support technician at Kenya Copyright Board who supported network troubleshooting and built a car selection system.

At the Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO), I completed an industrial attachment in ICT support, assisting with computer maintenance, Windows installation, and office ICT operations.

I supported Wi-Fi, router, and network connectivity troubleshooting, and used Cisco Packet Tracer for network configuration and troubleshooting practice. I also participated in server-room data backup and transferred laptop data to external hard disks.

I assisted with website file handling, ERP-related activities, and online meetings using Zoom. I also helped clients with portal registration, login, and form filling.

For my Decision Support System for Car Selection project, I developed a system to help users choose cars based on their preferences and requirements, using HTML, JavaScript, Python, and C++. I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology at Murang’a University of Technology.
