I've built and scaled B2B products across Waste Logics, Avayler, PayPoint, and Epos Now, spanning waste management ERP, cloud POS, automotive integrations, and payments platforms. At Avayler, I helped take a cloud POS/ERP product from inception to live B2B client delivery in under nine months.
At Waste Logics, I was the first dedicated Product Manager for a seven-person development team, restoring product operations, reviving integration projects, and reducing legacy integration costs by around £30,000 a year. I combine roadmapping, customer visits, prioritisation, API delivery, and LLM-assisted wireframing to give engineering clear, valuable work.
