I am a quality analyst and educator with over a decade of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and teaching. I combine technical QA practices with instructional skills to train teams and maintain high standards.

In my current role I assess and maintain team work, create and update SOPs, perform model evaluation and validation, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. I have hands-on experience scoring and calibrating model outputs and ensuring consistency in productivity.

Previously, I managed ISO-9001 related quality processes in manufacturing, co-authoring a tailored QA manual, implementing internal and vendor audits, and establishing inspection and corrective action plans. I have also taught English (CELTA certified) from pre-intermediate to advanced levels, including business English for IT companies.

I bring a strong attention to detail, effective training and communication skills, and a history of building client relationships and improving operational processes. I seek opportunities where I can apply QA expertise, teaching ability, and process improvement to drive measurable results.
