What I'm looking for

I want to lead quality programs—audits, coaching, and training—while partnering with operations to improve accuracy, compliance, and customer outcomes, and I’m open to growing into broader leadership.

I’m an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst and Trainer with more than 10 years across operations, customer service, quality assurance, and employee development. I started in customer service, moved into data entry, and earned opportunities to advance by taking on new responsibilities and supporting my teams.

In my current role as a Team Lead, I lead and mentor departmental teams, oversee day-to-day operations (onsite or remote), and drive performance through quality audits and constructive feedback. I design and deliver training programs, coordinate workflow and account inventories, resolve operational issues, and step in to cover absences during high workloads.

I’m hands-on with compliance and operational rigor—following the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct, participating in Corporate Compliance Programs, maintaining time and attendance records, and reporting performance and compliance concerns to leadership. I enjoy problem-solving, helping employees grow, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Before leadership, I built my foundation through data accuracy and quality work as an E-sort team member and QA Analyst, including audits to identify and improve quality issues, coaching for continuous improvement, and collaboration with department heads on skill gaps and training needs. I’m also pursuing education in Criminal Justice and Cybersecurity to keep expanding how I work and protect quality.
