I founded and manage a multi-channel eCommerce business across Shopify and Etsy, overseeing websites, SEO, marketing, fulfilment, suppliers, and customer experience.

I also co-built and managed the Chesca & Ben YouTube and Instagram brand, producing van life and sailing travel content, developing commercial partnerships, and growing its audience.

At The Range, I was the sole Business Analyst scoping a multinational eCommerce platform from conception to release, including a customer-facing frontend and administration backend. I led requirements, use cases, process flows, UX wireframe analysis, testing, packaged software projects, fraud prevention, and the Click & Collect proposition.

Earlier, I managed large-scale software implementations at WebBased Ltd and supported Flybe.com and enterprise applications at Flybe, focusing on application reliability, service delivery, stakeholder relationships, business process improvement, and IT service management.
