I'm looking for a remote customer support, client relations, operations, or administrative role where I can manage enquiries, coordinate services, maintain accurate records, and help customers receive timely, effective support.

At Que Royal Services, I manage daily client enquiries, bookings, service schedules, quotations, invoices, and follow-ups to support smooth service delivery and strong client relationships.

I've also provided freelance virtual assistance remotely, handling email communication, scheduling, documentation, research, task coordination, spreadsheets, and customer-related records. I work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality in digital work environments.

Previously, at TruthDream Technologies, I supported customer acquisition, customer communication, follow-up, and market research. As a remote Customer Service Representative, I responded to enquiries, maintained fault logs, escalated issues to engineers, and prepared daily management reports.
