What I'm looking for
I am a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner with over eight years of experience partnering with leadership across education, retail, and corporate environments. I specialize in employee relations, CCMA processes, end-to-end recruitment, HR compliance, and performance management.
I have successfully managed complex ER matters, including disciplinary hearings, grievances, appeals, and CCMA cases, while aligning HR practices to business objectives. I also led full-cycle recruitment and supported onboarding across multiple business units and regions.
My work includes readiness for Department of Labour inspections and HR audits, developing and facilitating HR training, and preparing HR metrics and budgets. I have supported new branch openings, organisational restructuring, and managed payroll administration support and HR administration tasks.
