I've spent 15+ years turning complex data into practical decisions across TBC Bank, Silknet, and Georgia's public-sector geospatial systems.
At TBC Bank, I grew from Junior Data Analyst into a full-scope analyst, building Power BI reports and dashboards for Youth and Payroll segments. I used SQL, Dremio, Databricks, and basic Python to support churn, retention, campaign performance, conversion funnels, and Mobile Banking user behavior.
Previously, I managed telecom GIS systems at Silknet, mapping fiber-optic networks, company properties, and spatial assets while supporting internal teams. At the Public Registry Hall of Georgia, I coordinated field teams, validated field data, planned routes, and helped update national addressing, street numbering, and GIS maps shared with Google Maps.
I'm also an educator, content creator, novelist, musician, and tour guide. I'm looking to bring my analytical thinking, process organization, and cross-team coordination experience to a team lead or managerial role in a stable, structured environment.
