At Bank of Georgia, I develop rule-based models for business decision-making and design and maintain automated data pipelines with Apache Airflow. I translate stakeholder requirements into analytical and data solutions.
I own analytical projects end-to-end, turning business objectives into KPI frameworks, rigorous analyses, and actionable recommendations. I also run A/B tests from hypothesis and success-metric definition through statistical analysis and launch recommendations.
Earlier, I monitored analytical model performance and optimized workflows at Bank of Georgia, conducted credit-scoring analyses at FINCA Impact Finance, and worked on data engineering at TBC Bank. My work draws on SQL, Python, PySpark, and Power BI.
